Cancellation Policy

Hey friends! Here at the @mariefulkersonbeautylounge we have been nice and we have been kind. We have been very understanding when it pertains to our clients being late, all the cancellations, or even the occasional no show. That all ends today. It seems as though recently people have taken advantage of our kindness. So going forward we are going to start holding our clients as accountable as you all hold us. Please read and I hope you all understand why this is necessary. We are a very small business. If you don’t show we miss out on that income and are unable to fill a spot last minute for other clientele waiting to get in. Your time is valuable and so is ours. 𝐶𝐴𝑁𝐶𝐸𝐿𝐿𝐴𝑇𝐼𝑂𝑁 𝑃𝑂𝐿𝐼𝐶𝑌~ We require a credit card on file for all clients for our cancellation policy which is as follows: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so prior to 48 hrs of your scheduled appointment. This appointment cancellation will be done at no charge. If you are within 48 hrs of your apt time, there will be a service charge of 25% of your booked services. If the appointment is canceled on the same day or you are a “no show” you will be charged 100% of the missed appointment charges and rebooking will be prohibited until the “no show” fee is paid. We do understand that things arise, and will make exceptions for emergencies. This will be at the Lounge’s discretion. MF Policies…we do that here.
